"Superb"

Lovely breakfast, provided on time and made sure our dietary needs were met. She went out of her way with thoughtful surprises. Beautiful and serene location with stunning rural views. Lovely and quiet and somewhere you can relax.

A cooked breakfast as an option would be nice for variety, especially for longer stays.

"A relaxing and fine experience"

fresh fruit with our cereals. The location is excellent for touring the North West Coast of Norfolk and the position is quiet . You have your own small sitting out area which is both private and sheltered in inclement weather. Highly recommend.

To be honest can’t think of anything negative that would put us off coming again. Comfortable and home from home.

Janie was a truly fabulous hostess. there are 2 lovely bedrooms ( one upstairs one downstairs, both with separate bathrooms) in a self-contained annex ; cottage is on a side road, so exceptionally quiet location ; off road parking. Large very clean bathroom ( with bath) next to our lovely bedroom ( room 2 upstairs ) lovely views of well-kept garden in one direction and pretty rural Lane in the other ; nicely presented healthy breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, warm pastries – and caters well for vegans. nespresso style coffe machine with frother ( various capsule strengths )

Whilst this wasn’t an issue for us as the property is incredibly secure, but anyone travelling with passports or money may want a small ‘in wardrobe’ safe.

"Superb"

Lovely B & B in a quiet village. The accommodation was excellent with all the mod cons. Super continental breakfast and tea, coffee, and biscuits available in the adjoining breakfast room. Private off-road parking and a 5 minute walk to a nice llocal pub with a good menu.

No complaints at all
