Great location Beautiful views Friendly staff

I booked the presidential suite but did not have water for the whole stay. I booked this suite specifically to use the hot tub, but I was not able to, even though I paid significantly more for this suite than a normal room. No refund or solution was provided. I was told that a refund of a portion of the fee would be given back to me, but I’ve still received no response from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Room was very large with great views of the ocean. Facilities were good had a refrigerator and kettle. Shower was powerful. Bed was luxurious. All in all a great place to stay for comfort. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a choice of English/sri Lankan/ American

Water ran hot and cold in shower. TV never worked properly.

There are certainly some nice things about this hotel. The view is okay from the higher floors (the unattractive service side of another hotel obscures much from lower floors). Location is close to Coconut Hill. About a 15 minute walk from main beach. Now the considerable negatives: Consistently abysmal wi-fi. And a front desk staff basically clueless and unable to make it work well and consistently.

The staff here was absolutely amazing — they welcomed us with open arms and provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. The manager and team were incredibly friendly and accommodating of every request, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. One of the most memorable experiences was the rooftop dinner they organized for us as the sun was setting; it was absolutely magical. They even decorated a dinner table for our group of nine, and the food was incredibly tasty. The chef personally came out to greet us, which added such a warm, personal touch and truly enhanced the entire evening. The location is fantastic, with stunning views in every direction, including a clear view of Coconut Tree Hill Beach — just a short walk away. Between the scenery, the hospitality, and the thoughtful attention from both the staff and management, this stay became one of the highlights of our Sri Lanka trip. If you’re in Mirissa, consider staying at this small, very personal boutique hotel. It feels light‑years away from a Marriott or any kind of corporate experience — warm, intimate, and full of heart. We had a lovely stay, and the combination of great location, amazing people, and unforgettable moments made it truly special. This was hands down one of the highlights of our Sri Lanka trip!

It is on the more expensive end of the spectrum, but given the level of service, the personalized touches, and the overall experience, it felt justified.

Only one thing I would of liked is a diary free milk option at the breakfast as I have allergies :)

Location is very good, presidential lux with best view to the ocean and sunset. Near hotel 2 surf spots. Trip to Weligama by tuk-tuk takes 12 min. In Mirrisa a lot of good restaurants.

We got booked deluxe room and there was smell from the bath drain. Hotel was cleaning it 3 times, but smell does not disseparead and hotel has updated our room to the presidential with very nice view.
