Rooms and spacious and location is central yet peaceful

Prices are bit on higher side but we were travelling during peak season

The property was great! The best thing about it was the access to the pool and its own beach frontage. The day beds had a great view of coconut beach, and you could walk along the beach front to get to it, and the other way to parrot rock. The room was generously sized and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and dedicated. We had breakfast included, though I will say there are so many great food options around too. The location was great! We chose the location so that we weren’t disturbed by late night bar music. It was close enough to the prime spots, sometimes opting for very short tuk tuks that are seemingly always readily available. Highly recommended this property.

The pillows were very large and firm. Suggesting for some smaller sleeping pillows.

Beach access

We stayed in the double de luc sea view room, and it was lovely — very spacious, modern, and with fantastic sea views. Around the pool area, you also get amazing views of Coconut Tree Hill and the sunset. Turtle Bay is very close as well, which is a great location bonus.

There was nothing majorly wrong with our stay, but several small issues added up. We had to wait a long time each day for beach towels, service around the pool area was slow, and buffet items were not being refilled — even though we arrived for breakfast well before 10am. When compared to other hotels we stayed in at a similar price point (for example, Cinnamon), this felt quite poor. I believe this is a fairly new hotel, and I hope to see them improve in the future.

Kissen sind sehr unbequem zu hoch zu hart. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wird ein Cappuccino extra berechnet bei solch einem Preis, nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar.

Room was excellent, hotel overall very clean. Location ok but a little far out from the centre.

Staff appeared inexperienced and took a long time to respond to basic requests, especially in the restaurant. Drinks prices well above average.

Для дорогого по меркам Шри Ланки отеля сервис плохой. Интернет не работает потому что "security firewall", много зон где строительный мусор забыли убрать (roof top с видом), завтрак скромный, на второй день забыли убраться в номере. Номер twin с видом на шумную улицу, хотя по фото большинство номеров с видом на море. Персонала много, но даже заляпанные двери в ресторан вытереть не могут.

Everything! We were initially worried about booking this hotel based on early reviews but it was exceptional! The rooms were large and very clean. The views were incredible. The location was excellent, next door to the sunset bar and coconut tree hill
