Trotz Abwesenheit der Besitzerin sehr rasche Reaktionen und Lösungen per WhatsApp. Personal vor Ort sehr freundlich. Regelmäßige Reinigung, Handtuch- und Bettzeug-Wechsel. Keine Probleme mit Moskitos (Netz überm Bett, AC). Gepflegter Innenhof und Gemeinschaftsraum. Wäscheservice möglich. Schräg gegenüber kann man Wasser und Früchte kaufen. Erst spät entdeckt: Sehr gutes ital. Restaurant La Capannina in der Nähe( reservieren!). Sonst auch The Yoga House am Strand. Beides nicht günstig, dafür ohne Montezumas Rache.

Häufige, zum Teil längere, Stromausfälle. Damit verbunden dann auch kein WLAN und geringer Wasserdruck. Die Küchenausstattung rudimentär. Die Umgebung von Armut geprägt. Freundliche Nachbarn. Plastikabfälle und Bauschutt auf der Straße. Am Strand Turisten-Fänger, die einem aber bald in Ruhe lassen, wenn man nicht darauf eingeht. Der Strand im Prinzip wunderschön, aber wenig zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Unterkunft hat soweit alle Erwartungen erfüllt, herausgestochen ist die Unterkunft durch die super Betreuung, Talla hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt.

L'appartement est situe au première étage d'une maison comportant 3 appartements. La maison est située en plein milieu du village de Kiwengwa. Vous allez être immergé en plein milieu de ce village et pouvoir observer et vivre la vie du village et côtoyer la population. C'est un village typique africain avec tout ce que cela comporte il faudra laisser derrière vous tout le concept occidentaux et vivre pleinement cette expérience. Talha sera là pour vous aider, vous guider c'est vraiment quelqu'un d'exceptionnelle nous avons adoré échanger avec elle et elle est toujours de très bons conseils. L'appartement est très confortable, l'équipement est succinct mais suffisant et là encore Talha a la réponse à tous vos besoins. La plage est toute proche où des transats sont à votre disposition pour profiter au maximum. Vous pouvez faire vos courses dans toutes les petites échoppes du village, et pour ce que vous ne trouverez pas au village, il y a deux supermarchés à quelques kilomètres de la maison. Notre séjour à Kiwengwa nous laissera des souvenirs impérissables et fut une expérience incroyable.

Vous subirez comme nous des coupures de courant récurrentes allant de quelques minutes à plusieurs heures voir tes demi-journées entières, des coupures d'eau, des coupures internet mais ici c'est l'Afrique alors hakuna matata

Very friendly host

Super je. Imate ležaljke na plaži a plaža minutu od smještaja. Imate kuhinju tako da si možete nešto napraviti. Nema baš supermarketa u blizini pa ako si planirate nešto raditi za jelo preporučujem da prije kupite sve što vam treba. Ja sam do smještaja išao javnim busom također nazad. U blizini ima jedan restoran na plaži sa visokim cijenama. Ako planirate neki trip samo se javite curi koja vodi sve če riješiti

Usred ničega je i prva trgovina , atm, mjenjačnica je pola sata hoda.

It’s in the middle of the village at few meters from the sea.

Such a great location, felt super safe everywhere we went. Perfect space and it had everything we needed. Tala was amazing and was able to help us with everything we needed- including organising all our day tours so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would come back in a heart beat. Great restaurants near by and the beach is beautiful
