Apartment Green Lux

Great location and a very clean, cosy apartment. With both air conditioning and radiators, it is comfortable throughout the year. The host is positive, responsive, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The only minor downside was that the bed felt a little small for two people.

J ai loué plusieurs appartements dans le quartier depuis 6 ans et celui là est de loin le meilleur que j ai jamais eu. Nikola est un hôte parfait, qui répond a tout , l appartement est parfaitement situé et ce qui est rare totalement calme. Je n irai plus ailleurs .

The place is absolutely exceptional. Perfect location within the comfortable reach of any amenities and attractions. Spotleslly clean, comfortable, very conveniantly located. Excellent wifi speed. The host is a very friendly and accommodating person, in fact, he is the biggest reason to book the place.

Öncelikle Nikola harika bir ev sahibi. Sıcak, içten ve arkadaşça samimiyeti ile bizi karşıladı. Her konuda çok destek oldu. Ev gerçekten de çok temizdi. Benim konaklama yerinde en çok dikkat ettiğim şeydir temizlik. Fotoğraflardan farkı yok. Ev konum olarak Belgrad' ın merkezine oldukça yakın. Yürüyerek her yere rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz. Çok keyifli zaman geçirdik. Dönüş vakti geldiğinde ise Nikola eşyalarımızı taşımamıza yardım etti ve havalimanına kadar da bizi götürdü. Buraya ne yazsam eksik kalacaktır. Son söz olarak güvenle bu evi tercih edebilirsiniz.

This apartment is great! Book it. One of the cleanest most hygienic apartments I have ever stayed in. Everything feels and looks like new. The bed is comfortable, pillows are fluffy, free Netflix, free toiletries and there were even a few nice sweet treats. Even has washingmachine with detergent and iron. It’s in a good location, on 4th floor older building, quiet as it’s facing the back of the building and you can easily reach everything within the center on foot. The English speaking owner Nikola welcomes you with great hospitality, and will advise you how to best reach the apartment (free bus 72 if you arrive from airport). He even drove me to the bus station on my departure. 10 out of 10, thanks Nikola 🙏 keep up the great work 👍

Great stay overall! The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. Super clean, well-equipped, and in a really convenient location. The host was friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, which made the whole experience really smooth.

One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator

Konum çok iyi. Çok merkezi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Mesela en meşhur hotel moskva'ya yürüyerek 3-4 dakika içinde varabiliyorsunuz. Ev sahibi Nikola çok yardımsever biri, güler yüzlü. Park konusunda da bize yardımcı oldu. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı ve tertemizdi. Her şey için teşekkürler. Bir daha geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırız.

Bina eski olduğu için asansör de eskiydi ve çalışmıyordu. Bide en üst katlardasınız. Bizim için problem olmadı ama merdiven çıkmak ile ilgili sorununuz varsa bunu önden bilmelisiniz.

Прекрасная уютная квартира в доме, который видел много разных эпох. Интересная планировка. Вид из окна на внутренний дворик и старые черепичные крыши привел меня в восторг. Комфортное место со всеми удобствами и приветливый хозяин всегда готовый помочь. Hvala 🤗
