DEDie Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders gut hat mir der wunderschöne Pool gefallen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Einzige was etwas gestört hatte war, dass man im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit hatte ein Fenster zu öffnen und es keinen Luftabzug gab, so dass es immer sehr muffig gerochen hat, was leider dann auch auf die Handtücher übergeht. Die Handtücher habe ich dann zum Lüften auf den Balkon gelegt und die Türe zum Badezimmer immer offengelassen. Vielleicht könnte man dort noch eine Lösung finden.

The stairs in some area without something to hold, the hot water in the bath very late to come, the tent over the bed is annoying, the hand wash basin is very high
NLHet bed lag werkelijk heerlijk! Het was perfect om de jetlag uit te zitten. De regendouche in de badkamer was ook heerlijk. Locatie was super rustig, maar wel dicht genoeg bij het centrum als ik de drukte op wilde zoeken. Het personeel was ook ontzettend lief en meedenkend. Als ik weer in Ubud zal verblijven kom ik hier zeker terug!
ITStaff was very helpful, tasty breakfast and very nice bungalow. Two pools available for use and relaxed atmosphere, we really enjoyed our stay!
Cleaning service should be improved, especially in the bathroom. They come and clean again if guests request, but it would be better to have it done well without asking.
