DEWunderschön, sehr komfortabel, alle supernett, sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr sauber, die Villen sehr sehr schön mit kleinen überdachten Terrassen, tollem Bad, sehr bequemen Bett sehr schöner Garten und Pools. Super Service. Und sehr schön ruhig, nah zu trubeligem lautem Ubud.

AUThe staff has been helpful to change my reservation and accommodated us on the same room as our previous stay which was a nice attention. This place is a lovely gem, the housekeeping team is doing a very good job, they are quick and most importantly it’s clean! You can enjoy the swimming pool on both properties which is great.
A staff member asked us to move our motorbike a little further into the parking area while it was pouring rain, and requested that my husband do it immediately. We felt this could have been handled better, as the bike wasn’t blocking anything, it was just not in the line, and waiting for the rain to stop would have been more considerate. The restaurant is VERY expensive, it’s good food but quantities and prices are not aligned.
AUプールサイドが洗練されててお洒落だったのでこれのためだけに次回も泊まりたいと思える。よく手入れされてて一日中いれるぐらい快適だった。 部屋からプールが目と鼻の先なのが嬉しい。 自然豊かな場所に隔離されてるので静か。鳥の声で起きるので気持ちが良かった。 徒歩圏内にコンビニもあるし、レストランも数軒ある。 1日に数回最寄のスーパーまで無料で送ってくれるサービスもあるので親切
部屋の床がものすごく滑る。チェックインした時は床一面に足跡が見えたほど油っぽくて転びそうになるほど。シャワーの排水口もクリーナーに伝えるまで詰まっていたので細かな掃除は行き届いてない。 床に関して何回か清掃をお願いして快く引き受けてくれたが、解決に至らなかった。 床から数ミリ釘が飛び出ていて間違って踏むと痛い。 素敵なホテルなだけに細部がかなり残念でした。
GBAUGBOur stay at Samujha was incredible! From the moment we pulled in it was gorgeous, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. This was all before we found out where our room was.. and wow, what an absolute slice of paradise. We were told our room had a pool view, but it wasn’t a private pool, however we had it to ourselves the whole time we were there as the hotel was very quiet at this time of year. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the centre of Ubud which was really helpful. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anybody. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! 😊
