Great location and having a parking space was useful. Comfy bed and very clean

Could do with a couple of minor improvements to make it a bit more homely. Things like washing up liquid, tea towels and oven gloves would be a welcome addition to make the place a bit more comfortable.

Nice modern apartment

There was no hot water

It was quite spacious.

The apartment is not well maintained, broken mirror, lights not working, dirty throws and cushions. Loud road noise, the world’s smallest towels and not enough. Nasty smell of damp throughout the apartment. Rubbish left in cabinet.

Good location. Plenty of space. Good parking

The sofa is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. The light in one of the bedrooms did not work.

Great location for the racecourse, well equipped.

Clean and tidy, very good location for the goffs sale.

Hot water and heating did not work due to low water pressure in the boiler, luckily I’m qualified in that area so easy fix

Apartments was dirty with cobwebs in all rooms , work surfaces and kitchen hob filthy and full of grime. Shower in main bathroom unusable until I managed to fix. Beds extremely uncomfortable and sofa bed needs binning ! Had to go to shops and buy cleaning equipment to clean kitchen area to bring it up to our standards. This property is advertised as “luxury” believe me when I say it isn’t and avoid at all costs!
