The rooms were maintained well and were all the facilities were up to the mark. The mini garden adds to the warmth of the place. The host is very helpful and available at all times. Would highly recommend this place!

Очень красивый дом, новый. Номер с хорошим ремонтом, красиво украшен к новому году. Есть даже большая елка) Ухоженная территория, есть своя парковка. Оплатить можно картой.

Бронировала номер на 4х человек, но букинг почему-то указал 3х (1 ребенок бесплатно) - это, конечно хорошо, но - ему тоже нужно спальное место, т.к. ему 11 лет) При этом, я уточнила двуспальный ли диван - но оказалось, что нет. В итоге, мы там двух людей все-таки уместили, но это прям тесно. Так что имейте в виду, что номер все-таки на 3х человек, а не на 4х.

Home feel, well decorated and modern. Owner Alex was very helpful throughout ..brought our food delivery up and helped called us a cab to the airport. Lucky we experienced snow in Almaty!

We loved everything about this place... It's location, the exclusivity, the impecable decor, the warm and welcoming rooms. We walked to so many places from here.. And even though we were four women, we dis not feel unsafe in the the locality, even at night. There area wonderful restaurants close by. Alex was so gracious, and helped us identify restaurants and also arranged our excursions. He also, helped us with all our baggage and we are extremely grateful for that. We fell in love with Lucy the cat..she was so so cute...I wish I could bring her home with me! I would highly recommend this place, and when I return to the beautiful city of Almaty I will surely stay here again.

These are minor points, but if attention is paid to them, it will lead to an even better customer experience- 1. Consider providing kitchen towels and handwash 2. It would have been nice to have a toaster to toast bread and bagels 3. In such an exclusive place, the minimum we were expecting was a nespresso or just coffee and creamer, which were missing ( Although Alex was gracious enough to provide us with some instant coffee)

Чистый и новый отель ) Все необходимое есть, была бы еще стиральная машина в апартах - цены бы не было :) Отдельное спасибо за гостеприимство хозяину отеля!

Все шикарно! Номер чистый и новый. Не хватало только стиральной машины для полного счастья!)
