The room was clean, well prepared, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

we were quite disappointed with several aspects of the service. We had requested a baby crib in advance, but upon arrival were told that there is only one in the hotel and it was already given to another family. The internet connection was very weak and kept dropping. There were no price lists for the minibar, and we weren’t informed about it upon check-in. At checkout, we were asked to pay for two instant noodles that were placed outside the minibar, which felt unfair. Also, we were charged 50% of the daily rate for checking in just two hours early — quite unexpected for a hotel that positions itself as premium. The room was also very hot and stuffy, and the air conditioning didn’t work well.

الفندق عباره عن فله كبيره فيها حديقه جميلة وجلسه صغيره و الغرف مقسمه على شكل أجنحه و كل جناح ديكوره مختلف وجميل يعطيك شعور انك في منزلك وصاحب الفندق جدا لطيف ومتعاون . الفندق جدا نظيف وفيه شطاف ومساحه الغرف كبيره وداخل الغرفه مطبخ تحضيري عباره عن غلايه ماي و ثلاجه و مايكرويف فقط صحون وملاحق وأكواب . يوجد مطبخ مشترك في الطابق السفلي يمكن الطبخ فيه . 1-يقع الفندق في حي سكني الدخول والخروج منه شوي صعب 2-عدم وجود مصعد لكبار السن يجب حجز الغرف السفليه 3-يوجد في الفندق قطتين لطيفه ( الي يعاني من حساسيه يمكنه حجز غرف العلويه) 4-عدم وجود مكوى في الغرف (الكوي في طابق الأرضي) 5-الدخول للفندق برقم سري يتم تزويد الزائر به وقت الوصول لفتح الباب الخارجي 6-لا يوجد شخص لحمل الشنط ولكن صاحب فندق متعاون
