GBThere were drawers and a wardrobe, which many hotels do not have these days. Bed was comfortable.
No one came to help us at the front door when we arrived by taxi (but on other days we saw people being properly welcomed and assisted) Room was described as de luxe, which it most certainly was not: it was dated and tired. There was no safe in the room. Breakfast selection was good on our first morning, but awful on subsequent ones. WORST OF ALL - the swimming pool, outside seating area and poolside bar were all closed for renovation. This should have been made clear when we booked, as there is very little else to do either at the hotel or in Sibu.

TWThe accommodation system should be upgraded. At check-in, a deposit and Malaysian tourism tax were collected, and it was explained that the deposit would be refunded at check-out. However, during the actual check-out, only the difference between the deposit and tourism tax was refunded. Doesn't the system record how much money was collected and how much should be refunded? After raising this issue, they only said that the manager would reply by email. I waited an entire day without receiving any message, which falls short of what's expected from a hotel of this standard.

MYThe breakfast buffet does not have varieties. I expect more but a bit disappoint with the menus. Please improve on the menus.
