BNA reasonable quality 3 stars accommodation for a good sleep.
- Bed needs upgrading to hotel standard mattresses with 4 pillows instead of two given the price for the room. - TV channels and quality need attention. - The front desk staff need training on customers handling. I m a paying customer and the attitude of front desk is bad. Never greet customer and expect me to be able to read her mind and what she wanted from me. I have not learnt alien technology to be able to activate my telepathic ability. - There was a chinese front desk lady wearing specs. My room card was somehow deactivated/checked out after my 1st day stay. When I brought the card to her to enquire why I was refused room entry, after she did something, she just silently pass back my card without eyes contact. That's very rude and upon asking why, she replied back in mandarins at a angry tone. That's simply NOT ACCEPTABLE! From where I come from, the staff would have been fired and barked by angry customer. She was lucky I contented myself. - Room rate not reflecting what customer would expect. - Breakfast menu is bad.
SGIn principle it’s a nice location on the river but it’s very dated and the surrounding area isn’t very nice. It doesn’t feel like top management care much about their customers.
Pool was closed, gym had unfriendly opening times and was in a separate building and hard to get to, room was basic, no bar, no surrounding restaurants, couldn’t charge things to your room, AirCon was too gusty, shower in bathtub was slippery.
