Kasa Jules Savannah

Nice large room in downtown Savannah. Separate living room and kitchen/dining room. Great location. Was worried about the “virtual” desk, but the communication was great, our stay was wonderful.

Anniversary trip; first time to Savannah.

Our stay was amazing! The only Negative was the elevator was broken, so check in & check out was more challenging hauling our luggage up the stairs. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and short term furnished apartments in Savannah, and this has been the best property by far! Location was great in a beautiful historic building and a great location within walking distance to everything in downtown Savannah. Finishes, furniture, appliances, were all high quality and comfortable and everything (besides elevator) was in great working order. Designers kept all of the historic charm, but also had all of the modern amenities. I was concerned about the size of the unit we booked based on the pictures online, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived as it was much bigger than what the pictures online depicted. The only challenge is finding parking; but that is the same everywhere in downtown Savannah. We didn’t have much trouble finding street parking in the block surrounding the property.

Not sure where to start; We LOVE Kasa Jules! Location is stellar, the rooms are like home, no touch or amenity is missing! This was our second stay and will definitely not be our last!❤️❤️❤️

Suite was beautiful and comfortable. Elevator going down after day 1 and not coming back was unacceptable. We had a huge cooler and everything with us to take to Thanksgiving dinner nearby and had to drag it and suitcases and bags down multiple flights of stairs. Only exit is marked “emergency exit, alarm will sound” so we literally felt trapped in the building. We didn’t hear back from virtual front desk before deciding we had to exit and tried the doors. The only way back into the building was by pushing the front double doors open and busting in. Terrible security because if we could do it so could anyone else. Needed an extra blanket and they responded they’d provide within 48 hours, by which time we’d be checked out!! Happened to catch a housekeeper in the hall the next day and got one from her.

We loved our suite in Kasa Jules. It was spacious, luxurious, providing everything we needed and more. The location was perfect in Chippewa Square which is short walking distance to just about everything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean, a pleasure staying so close to all the amazing Savannah offerings. The Kasa staff quickly responded when we arrived and the elevator was out of service, redirecting us to how to access the building. Our only true complaint would be clarity of arrival at this location. There’s a major landmark theater, literally next-door that if we had been told was where the location was it would have helped immensely, especially as we arrived at night when it was dark and hard to see the address of the buildings, and many of the historical buildings look similar. That said, it is a gorgeous place to stay, well appointed & well maintained.

Let's start with there is no parking at Kasa Jules. I recieved an early check in however when we arrived and walked up to the third floor because the elevator was broken, they had not even started to clean it. The gals that were working immediately started to prepare it ajd they were so nice, kind and apologetic. After that we thoughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was stunning with high end fixtures, doors, shutters, etc. We felt very much at home. It's situated on a beautiful square and convenient to everything. Considering the bumpy start.. we would definitely recommend this Inn and are already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend!

The fact that the elevator was down and expected to be down for the foreseeable future should have been communicated when we made our booking. We are an elderly couple who could only return to the residence once or maybe twice a day due to health limitations from climbing the 57 stairs to the unit! Beautiful apartment, terrible communication.
