Great place

Highly recommend this place and will tell our family and friends all about it. Superb location!!

After a burst pipe forced us to find another vacation rental, we discovered Kasa Jules at 10 PM. The woman who arranged everything for this last-minute arrival kept me calm and assuring. Our stay was for three nights, and we found the accommodations perfect. They are located in a very walkable area to all the dining and sites that we wanted to visit. We now have a favorite getaway!

The apartment was incredible! TV in the bedroom did not work but it was still a great space and location was perfect! Worth every single penny and will definitely be staying again!

The apartment was beautiful, extra comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. Make sure you spend some time inside the lovely cafe on the corner, Gallery Espresso, a jewell. There was an issue with an alarm that set off in the hallways of the building and kept ringing for a whole afternoon. The team members are fast to reply text messages and all "anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable please don´t hesitate to ask" but they didn't show up for the alarm and even mentioned it could take around 24 hours to solve (!!!). What´s the point in having an alarm that no one is going to respond to? Luckily we met other guests equally disturbed who pressed some random buttons on the control panel and the alarm went off. So, if it was that easy, why didn't the team tell me what to do so I could switch it off myself? Do they even know the building or is it an A.I. replying my messages? One more thing: there was no ice nor ice trays at the apartment (95 degrees in Savannah); when I asked for ice trays they said they couldn't provide them. No big deal, I bought a bag of ice, but what I mean is that if you happen to have a real problem, I don't think they are going to solve it.

This is the best facility I have ever stayed at! Very spacious, clean, great location and so many amenities. Highly recommend!

Without a doubt, this apartment was by far the most elegantly appointed I have experienced in many, many years. I loved it so much I want to come back to Savannah just to stay here again. Imagine ten foot ceilings in an historic mansion appointed to the nines and living like you live at home. That’s exactly what this offers. I even had a grand piano in my living room. Do yourself a favor and come to Savannah if for no other reason than to stay at Kasa Jules! I promise you will not regret it!

Asked for king size bed ended up with a queen. I’m very particular, sometimes pictures can be misleading you get actually what you’re looking at. The design is gorgeous and very clean. We were Pleased!
