Staff availability at certain times, as it was sometimes difficult to find assistance immediately. Still, the overall service experience was positive.

The infinity pool overlooking the mountains and area to eat outside near the bonfire felt great for camping adventure. Loved the treehouses that could accommodate up to 3 people and the cute bus room made the property unique.

Location and surrounding scenery are spectacular and certainly the best place in Kirirom with many different style of accommodation in different resorts all connected to each other. Hot water in the shower and the outdoor tub was certainly a welcome feature in rainy weather with 20 °C cool days. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The price for food in the restaurant and coffee shops is high for a mediocre quality and taste. No other options so I would consider taking food with me next time. As it is in the middle of nature and the room (converted bus) wasn't completely sealed, we got frequently visited by mice every night.
