We book on booking.com so they do not give us a mountain view room.they are prior to who come and book directly with them.that I feel bad they should treat all the same way.

The tree house is so shaking and the floor got broken The door can’t lock I feel unsecured. Hope they built the room stronger with good material and have a lot activity to do there. Thank you

Perfect Location

The leaking AC and roof. A little critter also decided to wake us up and eat our goodies. The bathroom smells a bit. The towels and robes had a damp musty smell. No biggie since it's up in the foggy mountains but accommodations should be well kept for the guests.

Too noisy, crowded. Local people bringing big speaker and loud music which is ruin the relaxation mood. The resort should restrict on the time that speaker could be play, not from 7am
