Friendliness of host. Minor issues dealt with promptly. Small extras such as bread and milk on arrival appreciated. Tanya and husband very helpful.

Could do with an extra shaving mirror in bathroom. Had problems with TV, not used to that model and though Tanya gave a brief explanation, I could have done with a more detailed written guide.

We had the best time staying at Ivy Townhouse over the Weekend! I couldn't recommend it highly enough for small groups or large! The house has everything you will need, it was spotless and the rooms were so comfy with so much space! and we were very greatful for the milk, bread and butter provided for our arrival. I was so impressed right down to the little things ivy had to offer us! location is great with only a short walk to all shops and bars, parking was great too as we got 2 spots right outside the front door and the street was so quiet you didn't hear a thing. Tanya our host kept in touch to make sure we knew where everything was, how everything worked and if we needed anything she was very quick to get in touch which was very much appreciated so Thank you so much Tanya! Your house is lovely and I know for sure we will be back again!

no separate toilet downstairs

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Very comfy too. I was surprised by die generous sizes of the rooms and place overall. Loves The Snug!

That our stay was too short

Wonderful location, clean and very close to the city center

My husband and his two friends stayed here as they were attending a gig in the Millennium Forum it is so close if you are going to the Forum. The place was lovely and clean and Tanya was so helpful will definitely booking this place for again

The hosts left milk, coffee and bread which we didn't expect and we were very grateful for.

An absolute delight to stay here. It had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated and well set out, lots of extras were provided, including fresh bread, milk and chocolate biscuits for our arrival. Great, friendly communication and all the information needed for an easy, enjoyable stay. Thank you Tanya for helping make our stay in Londonderry memorable.

I really loved the location of this property as it was very close to the city centre. The value for money for me and my family was amazing! There was great communication with the host and she was always so helpful whenever we had any queries. The beds were extremely comfortable and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. Would stay again for sure :)
