"Beautiful, spacious property within walking distance of the city centre."

House was larger than we expected, which was great and our two year old loved exploring all of the rooms. Beautiful property, well kept and clean; had all of the items we needed for our stay. Tanya was very welcoming and helpful over the messages we exchanged in the app.

The street (Ivy Terrace) runs across a hilly slope, so if not arriving on a car or taxi, I suggest not to come up from the river side (like we did when we first arrived, walking from the train station), and instead take the longer route around to approach from uphill.

"Perfect gem of a house 💚"

The Ivy Townhouse was perfect for us. We were a group of 4 young adults out to explore the joys of Derry. Excellent location just a 10-12 min walk from the aircoach drop off point, and perfect for walking into the walled city each day. The lockbox allowed us easy access. The house was exceptionally clean and well furnished and stocked. Kitchen had everything you would need, including the kind surprise of milk, bread and butter ready for our arrival. Heating was nice and cosy on some colder mornings. All beds were very comfortable and with lots of plug points and USB charging too. The street itself felt very safe and quiet. Will be recommending to others and hope to return one day too! The host was great with comms too, checking we had everything we needed, which we did. Only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Location was good, comfy beds and plenty of room! Nice touch of leaving out a few biscuits, bread, milk etc to welcome us!!

We had a great stay at Ivy Townhouse. The house was very quiet and very clean. It's in a great location and everything was made easy by the ready availability of our hosts. We would highly recommend staying here and looking forward to visiting again in the near future. Go raibh maith agaibh!

"A Home away from Home"

House was very close to the centre. Very Clean and very easy to find. Host was very helpful and easy to contact. Would stay here again with out any hesitation.
