Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast selection and service. Great location to sea front , pier, and shops. Would recommend it.

Was a little noisy in the evening for a couple of hours. Some of the door handles needed a little attention.

Location

It really needs a good proper and thorough clean everywhere. Our room was well below what I would consider a surface clean. Dirt, dusty, stains. They have tried to pack in as many people as possible without ensuring the rooms are properly cleaned. Tv didnt work, 2 channels. Obviously bad signal. Overpriced. I wouldnt stay again.
