Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room, and ensuite bathroom, were a good size, fresh and modern looking. The bed was comfortable and everything looked very clean. There were efficient blackout curtains and the shower was easy to use and worked well. I was able to control the temperature of the room. It is in a good location, near the beach and pier and not far from the town centre as well. I've stayed twice now. It was great value for money. Often if I stay somewhere on a budget it's just somewhere to sleep and leave my things, but I actually enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Staff was very helpful. There is a lovely lounge which exhibits local art, with relaxing background music The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a quiet location, close to the seafront, the theatres / Towner Gallery and the town centre. The breakfast is excellent value.

There were a few minor niggles with the bathroom.

The staff were great and the place was alright I guess. It is okay for a 1 or 2 night stay.

The fact that there was limited parking. Our TV remote didn't work for the TV either. Cleanliness was standard.
