I arrived late due to train dwlay but host was super accommdating and check in was simple. Lovely room, great arty decor. Wonderful friendly chef and lovely breakfast. Lovely place.

The tv didnt work. I think if this is sorted where peoole can access their Netflix then this would make the stay a 10! And maybe have a small bookshelf downstairs so people can read. Offer free bottled water for people checking in after 7pm or something.

Brilliant breakfast and a really wonderful chef, who prepares everything from fresh. Super friendly and welcoming. All other staff make this a great little hotel. The small bar is outstanding value and really is worth a visit.

There was a slight problem with the lift...which...while working, seemed to have a problem with opening it's doors? Meaning that on 3 occasions I was forced to walk down 1 floor to access it? Not a major problem, but as a disabled pensioner, stairs are a huge challenge.
