Fantastisch uitzicht, fijne kamer, heerlijke plek om het eiland verder te ontdekken. Personeel zijn locals die worden opgeleid, vriendelijk, gastvrij en willen je echt graag helpen. Een mooi en waardevol concept.

素直にレビューを書きますが、今まで宿泊したなかで最高の宿泊施設でした。まさにリゾートで天国です。共用部も部屋も設備と内装、インテリアは素晴らしい。食事はシンプルだけど素材の味が生かされていて本当に美味しい。そしてスタッフのサービスとおもてなしが最高です。外に出る必要はありません。全てが完璧に揃っています。ジョイスのおかげで素敵な楽園で最高の時間を過ごすことができました。必ずまた来ます。ありがとう。

Un petit bijou à Sumba ! Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Umarato Villa, du début à la fin. L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique, décoré avec goût et entouré d’une nature apaisante. Nous avions la chambre donnant directement sur la piscine, avec une petite table pour profiter de nos petits déjeuners face à une vue splendide. Le personnel a été aux petits soins : toujours disponible, réactif, professionnel et d’une grande gentillesse. On s’est sentis comme à la maison, avec un service digne d’un 5 étoiles, tout en conservant une belle intimité, même vis-à-vis des autres chambres partageant la piscine. C’est un lieu unique, élégant et authentique. Petit coup de cœur pour le cinéma en plein air, que l’on peut réserver pour une séance nocturne en amoureux, un moment magique ! Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés, et nous espérons avoir la chance d’y retourner très bientôt. À très vite ! 😊

Slecht Engels sprekende werknemers en teveel aanwezig in het appartement en ze hadden een enorme streng beleid qua diner tijden en het duurde enorm lang voordat je iets kreeg te eten. Eten wel super lekker.

Umarato Villa? 11/10, would totally stay again! I stayed at Rua Room. The room was super spacious and the decor blends perfectly with nature – and yes, there's an outdoor bathtub! Feels like bathing in the jungle but make it fancy 😂 Perfect for nature-lovers like me. Everything was clean and fully equipped – they even had a scale! Super useful when all you do is eat, nap, and enjoy the view (which is... exactly what I did 🤭). Every morning I woke up to peaceful, gorgeous scenery. I'm usually not a morning person, but here I was excited to wake up early just to chill on the balcony and soak in the vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there were tons of fun activities: archery, bonfires, gardening... and rumor has it a padel court is coming soon! They have also built 3 new villas, 1 bedroom ocean view with private swimming pool. Even though it’s a bit far from the city, there’s no need to go out – the resort has everything, and they provide airport pickup too. Win-win! Honestly, this was the kind of healing I didn’t know I needed. Thank you Umarato for such a fun and refreshing stay – can’t wait to come back! 🌿✨
