Good location, good breakfast, quiet room with quiet air-conditioning.

Size of Superior Double room was mentioned 27m2 in Booking.com, in reality it was very small, only 18m2. Uncomfortable shower, old carpet. Room cleaning ends very late, after 2 PM.

"Very good experience, would come back"

Location is great for a tourists visiting Seoul for the first time - close to the subway, the Palaces and much more! Staff was helpful, and a small issue we had with amenities was resolved fast. Breakfast was good and substantial.

I wish they could add non-lactose milk or fish meals for breakfast

it is close to mang tourist spots. very accessible. the thing that impressed me the most are the hotel staffs! they are very helpful and accommodating! they even helped us book a taxi to the airport.

nice location, ok breakfast

there was mold in the bathroom, in the shower, celiling and even at the room windows, in addition to that the room was also smelly and a/c was not working to ventilate the room
