Room is clean and big enough for 3 people

BOOKING.com representation of the htotel is undesirable With Booking.com - do NOT opt for upfront payment with booking.com as it is the most expensive option - as booking.com poses gimmicky 'sales" . Always select the facility to cancel esp if you book early and pay at the hotel -- that is a safer choice and less regretable choice when it comes to hotel booking. Also do Read the fineprint again after place an order --- even if you have used it many times - i was caught by the "Trsut" of the option i selected which i did not read till much later nearer to the trip.

Stuff was super. Location very good. Near several metro and bus lines. Some point of view in walking distance. Eating out good at nearby, a round the corner market or not far in other directions. Room in lower floor was so-so as no special view. Breakfast reasonable. Room nice and bed comfortable enough.

Carpet though needs deep cleaning or change in halls (rooms) . Would be refreshing 😉 For that I'd say *** on spring '23.

The location is quite convenient. A lot of good food nearby Hotel room is quite big for a solo traveller. There is a nice study desk area behind the bed to eat and charge my phone and tablet. Cleaning staff do a good job to maintain cleanliness of the place.

The room can be quite stuffy if the windows are not opened. But there's a lot of noise from the traffic if the windows are opened. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep well at the hotel. Wish the toilet had a bidet. The shower area is a little dark as there's no light fixture in it.

The location is good (close of touristic area and in centre of Seoul). Some young staff seems kind

Very dirty room (have to change the room because of the smell of the bathroom..), never clean the last floor garden (still garage and bottles filles of cigarettes stub), terrible cleaning service (never changed the bed sheet, just use shower handler to wash the bathroom..) All of that for an expensive cost..
