Llegando al lugar me dicen que mi reserva no la podían brindar y el joven de atención GROSERO Y AMENAZADOR

ES UNA MIERDA DE ADMINISTRACION

No pude utilizar el lugar y cancele la reserva al llegar porque estaban en reparación y hasta la habitación se encontraba en proceso de mejoras. Me parece que debieron advertir la situación ya que en esas condiciones no hubiese reservado. ya estuve el año pasado y fue genial pero este año tuve este percance.

Molto male l'attenzione al cliente,in 4 giorni nonostante la mia richiesta non mi è ha cambiato la asciugamano.La reception e la cucina in comune sempre molto sporca e anche nella zona della piscina le uniche sedie,sono tutte rotte.

Tutto,il problema e che il ragazzo della reception è quasi sempre ascolta musica e quindi non fa quello che dovrebbe fare.Le camere sono prive di finestre e nel bagno è privo di ventilatore.

Nothing. The listing is a scam. Fraudulent. Booking needs to do what it represents. Protect the travelers by protecting us from facilities that are not even constructed. Exposed electrical and hazardous plumbing. Lack of furniture and a host who refuses to own the faulty electrical that cuts off internet, WiFi and AC. Along with having to beg and wait for towels.

The police was unreasonably safe in that there was only one person that could open the access gate inside and out. You literally became a hostage when you entered and parked at the facility. Income, the building was incomplete. It looked like construction was abandoned, 3/4 of the way through. Most doors were not secured, air conditioning was random, steps were unevenly constructed the unsafe, plumbing, plumbing was ridiculously haphazard, sinks weren’t even installed and moved on you when you turned the tap on, the room we had had one line to one sink for cold water and another line to the other sink for hot water and the drains did not work. The showers were an absolute farce. Plumbing did not work appropriately, the heads in the shower weren’t even properly installed and the curtains Were reminiscent to living in a trailer park. Rooms were large with very little furniture, and the TVs did not operate appropriately with the apps. The air conditioning was cut off at 9 o’clock as was the Internet and the owner/host simply shrugged his shoulders and said that’s the way it is. There’s electrical problems in the building. The pool area was disastrous. It was particularly ugly with trash in the pool and the pool was not being cleaned. You could not see the bottom of the pool it was that dirty. The pool in our opinion was a cesspool. There was no bedding or towels and had to wait as we were told. The dryer was having electrical issues and only receive towels at 10:30 in the evening. Meet us. There was no reception to meet us when we arrive and we’re told that our check-in time which was three hours after the advertise check in time would not be honored. The shared kitchen was an absolute bleep hole. Unsafe and dangerous.
