comfort of the bed, besides NOTHING

First of all, when we got in the apartment, the curtains were not as the ones shown in the picture (fully blind) which was important for us, however the guy at the desk was helpful and offered to change our room, but we thought that was a slight inconvenience so we chose to stay not to bother. After time, we started to notice things in our room that were not looking good; such as dirt and really bad odour from the bathroom. We asked to change the room, and they let us do it. Just after changing, we realized that not only our room was the problem but the whole object (we were able to see other rooms from the hallway because of the open doors). Starting from smell, dirt and mold in the corners of the room, PLENTY of little lizards running everywhere!! (rooms, hallways), all the walls in the room and whole hotel were covered with silverfishes, spiders and God knows what more.. all cortains and furniture in the rooms were covered in white paint(?), bathroom was dirty and smelly, about the shower i dont even have words to comment. and i can keep describing. At this point we knew it was pointless to change to another room so we stayed two nights in those horrible conditions. The only positive side of this stay was quite big and comfortable bed (unfortunately with stains on the sheets) but still sleeping in that room wasn't an experience i would like to repeat. Summarizing, the guy working there was quite helpful and attentive but besides that, the whole building; rooms, hallways and shared kitchen are unfinished, dirty, and done with minimum effort to open such a place for guests. Also the pictures on booking are taken in a very clever way to cover all the imperfections which is a big SCAM and has nothing to do with real conditions in the hotel.For this price i wouldn't expect anything wow however i think cleanliness of the rooms and freedom of insects and reptiles should be a bare minimum.

Bit dirty, need of maintenence , bath curtain missing.leak if raining. Not on beach..

I really can’t say I liked anything about the property other than the location. It was convenient to where I needed to be.

The property needs a lot of work out of work. It needs to be thought out better plan better and then implemented.

The location

The price is $29 per night cheaper on Airbnb I paid more than $50 per night on booking.com. I think Booking.com is a real rip off. It is under construction, the stairs are dangerous and very uneven, The room was filthy, the pool is cleaned once a week and chemicals added only once a week. I had to ask several times to get my room cleaned. Do not bring children the pool has very sharp edges all around. I could go on and on but I'm tired.
