Great location, close to the beach and our friends who have a condo here

The place was filthy, the website did not specify that it was a shared bathroom, and it was very rundown. Such a shame, because it could've been quite a decent place. Really feel like it was misrepresented in the pictures and description. Great location though!

We booked this place last minute after our original accommodation was overbooked. While I was initially skeptical because of the mixed reviews, the price and location near the beach made it worth trying. The rooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping us cool throughout our stay. Its proximity to the beach was a big plus, and despite the quirks of the property, my friends and I had a wonderful time. We laughed, talked, and enjoyed ourselves, making the experience unexpectedly enjoyable.

That said, there are a few things to consider. The property has a rustic, almost unfinished vibe that might not appeal to everyone. The pool was not in great condition and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was disappointing. Additionally, the area is known for occasional water shortages, especially on busy weekends, which isn’t the property’s fault but something to be aware of. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable stay near the beach and are okay with a few quirks, this place can offer a surprisingly enjoyable experience if you manage your expectations.

David was a wonderful host. And a really nice person. The a/c and the hot water was nice. The beds are huge and confy. The pool is huge. It reminds me of a glass house. It's huge the place.

The place needs a lot of improvement. Paint the walls outside the building. The rooms are spacious and should have each a bathroom. No closet. No safe. The doors are not the best. No shower outside the pool to take of the sand and the chlorine from the pool, and no bathrooms near the pool. You have to go inside all wet, to use both. No microwave. The chairs outside are very uncomfortable. The parking lot is small. My room had a bathroom inside in the second floor but the lighting needs improvement. The staircase needs improvement

Hotel is not finished

I was in a property that was undergoing renovations and starting early morning there was banging constantly. The place was filthy with dust and the property is in real bad shape. They should NOT be operating during their renovation/ repair time.

The bathroom was flooded with water everywhere. The shower drain will filled up during my showers had water covering my ankles. The attendant offer to change rooms but the other rooms were in worst condition than the one I stayed.The kitchen was filthy with dirty dishes on the sink and counter full of flies, dust everywhere, the mirrors dirty with a white film all over. That place is rundown and not correct to be open to guests in the middle of construction. I am still waiting for my receipt for my records.

The location seems okay but not close to much

Billing was a mess and we were charged by Booking an extra fee. There is noisy traffic and people talking directly outside the door and window early AM!! Feral dogs running around. Small and dark rooms, bad woodwork and sagging unsecured doors. we told staff we were exhausted from a trip NEVER THE LESS we were made to CHANGE rooms for NO reason what so ever!! ALL of our things moved AGAIN to a room right in front of the main street! We travel a lot and we stay a lot, NEVER would I stay here again, rather stay in my car!! Do NOT recommend this place, it is a dump and owners care about nothing except bookings!!

First of all, I had a really good and confortable sleep there. I don't mind such places, I am not easily scared. Beds were trully confortable and rooms were spacious. Air conditioner worked well, TV, fridge in the room. You can use kitchen as well.

I'm not sure where to begin. Looks like scam but it doesn't. If you are a solo traveler, I do not recommend. Looks like abandoned house and it is though they renovating it... It will take time... years to finnish such project. Outside looks like a construction site and it is! Rooms smell like paint, no hot water. Our room leaked from the roof as it was raining outside. Such weird place. You have to see with your own eyes. The worst part is that they do not mention about this rennovation process and it is very important.
