"Not as expected. Entire room stank of cigarettes."

Appeared to be fairly clean

The entire room had an extremely strong stench of cigarettes. Listed as a pent house with balcony. It was on the top floor, and had double doors that overlooked a balcony, but wasn't what anyone would expect. But the smell was the worst aspect.

It was near Victoria theatre and in the town centre and shops we like security of the apartment to be safe

"Worst place ever stayed in"

No breakfast

The area was appalling, the room hadn't been cleaned.The first room we booked into only had a bed cupboard and a chair.After complaining we were moved to another room which hadn't been cleaned.The place stank of cigarettes and the bathroom was appalling.

"Don't bother!"

Absolute shot hole! Noisey,scruffy,no batteries in remote,dirty room not clean,paid for balcony it was just a door window. We actually left the property! We didn't even stay!

"Disappointing"

Location was great

The apartment was not clean. Food debris in the side drawers. There was no waste bin to dispose of waste. There was no soap for shower and had no kitchen.
