This was a complete disaster. I arrived late at night (as per my booking) to find nobody around to show me my room. The telephone number on the booking was answered by a robot with no live person available. So I had to leave late at night and find a room elsewhere. In effect they took my money for nothing and risked leaving me without shelter for the night.

I’m unsure why there are so many negative reviews. Everything we needed was available to us, a fully functional kitchen, all appliances were clean, the bed was really comfortable, to say the rooms are situated on a busy main road the noise was minimal. The room was huge! Everything was very clean & tidy - we will most definitely be returning!

The only thing was the remote for the tv didn’t seem to work, however, this could happen at any hotel/apartment you stay in.

The room was very very dirty blood spray on roof and every wall was disgusting with holes and marked with stains off god knows what the quilt inside the cover was dirty with big brown and yellow stains it's was freezing the window wouldn't close properly and the heating wasn't on and had no way to turn it up once of sockets didn't work at side of bed the was nothing to make a hot drink no kettle or anything all paint was dripping from roof above window because of damp and the entrance to the building was dirty all stairs dirty and it smells of drugs all night and morning because of the people staying in room 3 was smoking cannabis all night and had more than the permitted and sounded like the was having a little party so we didn't enjoy our nights stay and to be honest it's spoiled our time in Halifax I wouldn't be booking again and definitely wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy and just to finish the room we was given was not what I was made to believe I would be booking

Place is dirty rooms disgusting walls dirty and stained stained bed sheets paint flaking off wall no toilet paper in toilet would never stay hear again
