The door handle was broken notva great start there was no balcony to sit on as described the wardrobe was not fit for purpose and the shared bathroom was mouldy. by far my worst booking.com stay (and I have done may) we didn't stay in the room in the end as we were very disappointed in the facilities. By far our worst experience in looking.com hoping for better on our next stay

It could do with a few more kitchen utensils, just the bare minimum for 2. The stove hasn't been cleaned for weeks, not greasy, just a lot of dust. Bathroom ok, bright, clean and big, but not toilet paper 🧻🧻 in it. Had to take my own every time. Other than that all okay. The deluxe room is massive and super bright, recommend for a few days stay. High Street car park 2mins away £2.50 for a hole day 🙂

No toilet paper in the bathroom. Bath floor very sleepery. Caution! Prices go up considerably at weekend Could do with a bed side lamp! I brought my own as I like to read in bed

Clean sheets and towels but no mattress protector!

Everything was broken. No tea and coffee facility. No batteries in remote control for tv. Could not stay at the property as the bed was broken and very un hygienic not having a mattress protector. This room should not be on booking.com.
