GBThe Bonjour Guest House exceeding my expectations. It was both stylishly decorated and incredibly comfortable. We had an excellent night's sleep after a long day of walking around the island and could happily have stayed for much longer, but unfortunately had just the one night. The breakfast offered a lot of choice and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this guest house when visiting Alderney. I've visited the island 9 times now, staying with friends a couple of times and trying out different hotels along the way, the Bonjour Guest House is by far my favourite for comfort, quiet, style and staff. We'll definitely be returning here.
GBNell was lovely and greeted us even in the early hours of the morning to drop our luggage off early, helped us get our things in and a HUGE bonus - we were able to check-in early that day to a super comfy room with a balcony.
We were slightly disappointed that we missed out on the cooked brekkie which was included in the price as we had to leave early the next morning, as a member of staff said we could have had it in a take away box but instead, we were offered continental which was still a consolation. We could have made more use had we been better organised and helped ourselves to toast, jams, fruit and some delicious looking museli.

No on-suite bathrooms, but there was several bathrooms on the landing so was not a big issue.
