A very unique place and a lovely welcome from Grandmother! She also very kindly got up early to meet my friend who was arriving in the early hours.

The shower had various different settings which it wasn't clear how to choose between them, and in my first try I got rather wet before even getting into the shower!

Very charming, historical house in excellent location. Very lovely hosts.

Firstly, about the host.Tatia is one the sweetest and most welcoming person we have met as a host. Her whole family were wonderful. Beautiful to see four generations of the family together to welcome us and make us feel at home. Tatia and her Grandmother were very lovely and genuinely took care. Extremely helpful with recommendations. The best hosts I have stayed with ever. Now about the house. A 300 year old gem of a place within the heart of Tbilisi, giving us an authentic feel of a Georgian stay. A beautiful and cozy place with a touch of the old glamour, makes this place the perfect stay. The location is also fantastic, considering it is walkable to freedom square, with a lot of options for good authentic Georgian food and drinks.

Everything is good! We love everything there. The owner and grandma take care of us more than we expect. They are too nice. We are happy staying there and will definitely will stay again if we go to Tbilisi in the future. We miss them. Thank you, owner and Grandma!

It’s a historical building and the room is nicely decorated. Staying there is just like at home. The owner is super helpful. She helps us a lot in every aspect. Grandma takes care of us very well. They are so so caring that makes us at home in Georgia. It’s clean and the location is very convenient. We love staying here.

Been traveling for over 50 years, from the Himalayas to the Andes to many of the major historical and cultural sights in between. This was far and away one of our favorite travel experiences! We stayed over nine nights (two stays) in this enchanting, magical, historical space, absorbing the sights, sounds and feeling of living in a real, Georgian neighborhood community. The apartment itself is just so incredibly beautiful; the centerpiece of the oldest residential courtyard building in Old Tbilisi. Decorated with delightful aesthetic and humorous touches, your imagination can take flight as you reflect on all the wonderful pieces. Yet despite the museum quality setting, everything about this place, inside and out, is so warm and welcoming. Nelli, our grandmother host, personifies Georgian warm-heartedness, caring and thoughtfulness. She is everything you'd imagine your ideal grandmother and host to be. And other neighbors in the complex are effortlessly engaging and helpful as well. You feel a part of this 'community' and if you too are kind, your rewards will be many. Everything was really EXCELLENT !!! The 300 years old house was impressive. The location was excellent. The host was very kind.
