We really liked staying here, the apartament felt like home, we spent wonderful evenings on terrace, and our host Neli was very welcoming and caring! The place is 15 min walk from the main touristic area, so it feels calmer, bet very close to everything. Also, the house is historic and it feels very special to be living in it. Recommend 100%! Would like to come back someday. Special thanks to Neli!

Wonderful apartment in the historical center of Tbilisi. The main attractions are easy to reach on foot. Everything in the apartment is exactly as in the photo. Just keep in mind that the sofa in the living room does not fold out, but the four of us easily settled on two beds. The hostess is very hospitable, greeted us warmly, offered cool water, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, suggested where to buy gifts for relatives and was always in touch. It seemed like I was staying with distant relatives. We will definitely stay with you when we visit wonderful Tbilisi again. Thank you very much.

There were problems with the Internet speed in the apartment, but we immediately got a local SIM card, which we advise you to do too

Apartment is located in Tbilisi Old City. Courtyard is very beautiful. Host is very friendly. Water and fruits were in fridge as a compliment from host. Parking is in the courtyard -- it's a unique option in an Old City.

"Authentic apartment in Tbilisi Old town"

The apartment is authentic, but at the same time very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, in the middle of Old town. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

"Wonderful stay in an old heritage apartment."

It was nice yo be able to stay in a traditional courtyard house and have the space to spread out that an apartment offers. Nina the host is very warm and friendly, doesn’t speak English but her daughter and grand daughter do.

No window in the bedroom.

Amazing historical building, beautiful outside and inside. Small kitchen for cooking, also restaurants nearby and food delivery services. Very friendly host. Safe private parking.

Ac was not very powerful, but also the outside temperature was very high, almost +40 C
