AUWe didn't get the chance to stay with Julie and Steeve overnight. We used it as an alternative to an airport lounge for a layover in Mauritius. It was perfect for a shower, change of clothes and somewhere to keep luggage while we enjoyed dinner in Blue Bay. Julie and Steeve were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend as a nice spot to stay if you have an early morning flight also as it is close to the airport or if you want to explore Blue Bay

DELocation is perfect, hosts were very helpful and friendly and helped us check in earlier than planned.
Not great ventilation in the room, only a small window. Cleanliness was not great, mattress was quite stained, lots of old food in the fridge, wasn't cutlery or bowls in the kitchen.
GBLovely little guest house with very accommodating couple. Great place to stay for my first and last nights travel to explore Mauritius only wish i had spent more time there! Steve also transports you to a from the airport for a fair fee. Also located very close to Blue Bay so nothing but positive vibes for the place.

CHThe place and family is amazing! I had a very nice stay there, comfy bed, clean bathroom, a kitchen for use, Julie and Steve are supernice and helped me a lot during my stay there in the cyclone, also there is the possibility to wash your clothes, little garden to relax and read your book

No aircon or ceiling fan. Just a pedal stool fan. No seperate toilet. If shared bathroom was occupied we couldnt go to the loo.

MUGBWarm welcome from owners. Excellent location for beach, buses and local shops and restaurants. All rooms on the ground floor, with owners living upstairs. Bed is very comfortable, with mosquito net. Note that there is a communal kitchen for the guests. Blue Bay Beach is close by and is sandy and the sea is very warm. No air conditioning, only fans. Regular bus service to Mahebourg for local market and restaurants.
Shared bathroom facilities guests. Note that the windows and doors of the house are open most of the time and so that there ants and insects in all rooms. Blue Bay Beach is in the flight path for the airport.
