"The apartment is ok and enough for a family of four for a short stay. The customer service is really bad."

The design of the apartment was nice and cozy.
The staff was not helpful and they were rude, almost shouting at me when i call to inquire if they received my informations. I also sent all the documents they asked, 2 weeks before, and they didn’t send it to the booking as promised. When they called to ask when we’ll arrive, they were very rude as well. The dishes were in the dishwasher but they were not cleaned.

Местоположението е топ! На пешеходно разстояние от повечето забележителности. Квартала е много красив. Удобен подземен гараж. Голяма тераса. Оборудвана кухня. Удобни матраци. Красиво обзаведен. Лесна и приятна комуникация с домакина.
