Good location , nice bathroom, good parking space.
Bed and pillows are horrible. Sofa is a little bit better . The heating was fully on and we had to ask to turn it off. The host only did it after several messages and threatening with asking for refund.

Great apartment on a good location, walking distance from city center, free underground parking and a nice and spacious terrace. Would definitely recommend and choose this option again!
The only thing was that, due to central heating, it was too hot for us during nights in March - just to highlight that probably for most people this would be ideal. That would not be a problem if we could regulate temperature ourselves and turn off the radiator, but after reporting an error the communication with the agency (I think 2 people in charge of this apt) was inefficient, telling us they will try to send somebody and then another day starting from scratch. After few days we gave up on trying to fix this, but this would not stop us from coming back as everything else was perfect :)
