Very nice place to stay. Bruce was quick to fix the problem with the AC and made our stay comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine available. Everything was adequate and highly recommended.

Ambience was good ,caretaker was very nice and comfortable to talk

Location to travel to other place, no food around to find easily no tea coffees sachet kept to have all these needed to walk 1 miles in the morning

Beautiful apartment for a fair price. Bruce is a super host and he will help you with everything you need. Position is in a quiet and green area, perfect to explore Goa with a scooter and well connected with buses too.

"Wonderful but very hard bed."

It was very clean, quiet, great wifi (especially with my ethernet cable). Easy into the town to Panjim on the bus, quick ride 25 rupees each way. It had everything you needed. Wonderful views. Felt like a western apartment.

The bed: like cement. We dreaded going to bed. Up half the night, very sore the next day, very bad sleeping. We asked for anything to make it softer but got nothing. He was helpful with everything else though

Very helpful and accommodating staff! The rooms are the cleanest I’ve seen in Goa. Overall very good energy and makes you feel safe. The location is very relaxing
