Cleanliness and facilities.. it's a 1 bhk apartment.

Drinking water facilities. There is no shops or restaurants nearby. You have to rely on Zomato for food

First of all management is very poor and the owner cancels the booking if some additional amount is paid to him by someone else. So your booking doesn't matter. They have no principle's and ethics. I booked a room here through booking.com but after travelling all the way from pune to this property I was refused to check in as the owner had provided the room to someone else for some extra money.
