Location is bit isolated but the apartment facilities were excellent. They had washing machine which was very helpful and one can also order food from zomato.

Kitchen could have been stuff with basic necessities like sugar, tea powder and salt

We stayed in Suite in Residency .I can say with conviction that it was real value for money .Many positives apart from good location etc commented by many .Suite has a big living room with centre table ,4 chairs, big sofa, induction with utensils ,coffee maker , microwave with utensils , Tv etc .Bedroom has a separate Tv (very useful if u have kids)king size comfortable bed, ,safety locker ,sofa chair etc. Bathroom was very neat with shower area .All essential toiletries like soap,dental kit, toothbrush kit ,shampoo etc are provided (all of good brand).you will enjoy the stay there. wifi is available in the room and is quite fast . Sea shell Beach and Petrol Pump are very close from here, Atal Bridge is also close, picked up the scooter in this place and long drive around Panji. Beautiful property, nice room, neat, clean & top quality material for bedding, linen etc. The stay was extremely comfortable and peaceful. I 100% recommend this beautiful place..

We are entirely satisfied and good ambience from the room, too neat &clean and cozy. We didn't got the breakfast in the morning but ok. Even interior design is too charming and authentic, I have peculiar recommended this property. We have willingness to Book this property again. We have outstanding experience with this property.
