I stopped here for one night whilst travelling from south to north Goa. It was the perfect layover. You have the whole apartment which is clean and functional (with a washing machine and kitchen!) so for me it was great location as it was close to the highway. The owner let me check in early and was very attentive. There isn’t much to do in the area which didn’t bother me as I was there to rest, but if you want to go out, it’s more of a residential place.

A well-appointed serviced apartment that is equipped with all the basic requirements for a long-stay. the apartment is wel-maintained and George, the house-keeper is prompt and diligent in cleaning the place regularly. The location is about 20 minutes from Miramar-Dona Paula area from the University campus side, which made our work quite accessible.

A couple of really small niggles: 1. the location is too close to the highway. 2. the wi-fi can be accessed with proper speed on at specific spots in the room.

Everything was incredible. The apartment is cute, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with all we need, bathroom has a great shower with hot water, bed is comfortable. So far the best place I stayed in india and would be there for more days if possible, and for a good price. And I could leave my bag with them after checkout, as my train was only at night.

It's a little bit far from the touristic places if you're walking. The host kindly offered a taxi number, as there's no Uber nor Ola at the region (not the place's peoblem). Might be better if you rent a scooter.
