木の温もりがあり、テラスもあり良かった。コンパクトで居心地良い部屋でした。立地もよかったなとおもいます。

鏡がお風呂場にひとつしかなかったのは微妙でした。３日間滞在して、バスタブの栓と洗面所の栓がどちらも詰まり、そのままにしていたら、翌日の清掃後、その栓が抜かれていただけでした。エアコンのつきもよくなかったです。スタッフもどの人も入口にいるのに挨拶がなくて残念でした。

I always lodge in this hotel all times I am in Siem Reap. quality is excellent along with location and staff that is always accommodating requests. Well done!

Friendly staff, casual vibe and cooling off in the pool after a day at the temples is great. The staff are attentive and happy to assist with issues The on site day spa was great to use on my first day after a long flight Close enough to town to walk in or get a cheap tuktuk ride if it's to hot or raining No issues and thanks to the hotel team for creating an atmosphere where I can relax and unwind

Posizione perfetta: appena 8 minuti a piedi e si arriva a Pub Street ma a differenza di quelle vie in cui fino a tarda notte potrebbe esserci rumore e musica, al King rock regna l’assoluta pace. Vicino si trovano ristoranti per tutti i gusti e anche lavanderie con pagamento in base al peso del bucato. Il personale é estremamente gentile, sin dal primo giorno ti fornisce tutte le informazioni di cui puoi avere bisogno, comprese le escursioni ad Angkor con i servizi di trasporto in auto o tuktuk. Non manca mai il sorriso. Ottima la pulizia delle camere, letto comodo e doccia enorme open space nell’area lavandino. Bellissimo il balcone con vista piscina.

Aggiungerei solo qualche opzione dolce in più alla colazione ma non é stato un problema per me in quanto in vacanza preferisco le opzioni salate.

Great location with easy access to the town. The pool area was refreshing and perfect for us, especially at nighttime. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure our every need and comfort was met. One of our best staff experiences ever.

The a/c in the room we were originally assigned didn't work, and we were upgraded to an amazing junior suite. This still had minor faults, eg phone wasn't working, one blind was stuck open and the curtains were stained. But these could be overlooked because the rest of the room was lovely. The buffet breakfast was unfortunately cold by 9am, but the a la carte options were great. Ideally the dining area would be enclosed to allow for the room to be air conditioned.
