Despite procedures the staff were willing to accommodate my requests under the circumstances of my stay. Greatly appreciated!

The location is great, the staff are easy to talk to, and very accommodating. The rooms are clean but need better upkeep.

AC placement is not so good, so the rooms are a bit hot. It gets better towards night time. Booking dot com details indicate parking spaces. Actually, you park on the street.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was very comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, however it is showing signs of its age and needs many repairs. However, the staff and ambience make up for this.

the tv was limited in channels for english speaking guest and also it was mounted far to high up in wall leaving me with a sore neck

The stay was great, the staff was so attentive. They made us a breakfast box to take with us to watch the sunrise at Angkor Wat. The pool area was really nice. We could check out at 4pm for an extra 15$. Beds were comfy. They had a mosquito trap device in the room.

There were a few blackouts (which I understand is normal there) and the AC didn’t automatically turn back on, so sometimes in the night this was problematic.

The best and biggest bed we’ve had since our first night in Hanoi 23 days ago Pool was ideal in the hot afternoon with a great little bar

The out side space was very good,nice pool. The staff where very helpful
