The domain is so beautiful, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of fresh and homemade foods. The hosts are cery considerate.

Rooms are clean and cosy and have great quality amenities Breakfast is homemade, various, abundant and tasty and is served in a magic Olive Garden. The landscape is gorgeous and the peaceful and silent environment just brings a sense of inner peace that is priceless. Thank you Sarah and David (and Ruby!) I will surely be back

Traumhafte Lage, super Pool, absolute Ruhe, tolle Natur, sehr hoher Wohlfühlfaktor durch das stilvolle Ambiente. Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sarah und David sind super nette Gastgeber und sorgen für eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Das wunderbare Frühstück besteht aus viel Selbstgemachtem aus frischen und regionalen Zutaten. Super Internetverbindung dank Starlink.

Leider gab es keine Fliegengitter. Zufahrtsstraße stellenweise ausgewaschen und dadurch sehr holprig.

We had a fabulous stay at David and Sarah’s place. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful — it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. On top of that, David and Sarah’s hospitality and thoughtful touches made our stay truly wonderful: the soft music in the living room, the delicate fragrance in the bedroom, the little candles lighting up the property in the evening, the canopy mosquito net that allowed us to sleep with the window open and enjoy the absolute quiet and the cool night air, the delicious homemade breakfast served in the garden among the olive trees. Everything was magical, and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable dans cet endroit situé à 15 minutes en voiture de Montepulciano. David et Sarah ont été aux petits soins pour nous, étant toujours très aidants et réactifs. L'intérieur est propre, joliment décoré, et le petit déjeuner, servi dehors, était excellent. L'endroit est situé dans un écrin de verdure, et est particulièrement calme. Jolie piscine.

Ce n'est pas une critique, mais ceux qui sont sensibles à la chaleur doivent tenir compte de l'absence d'air conditionné.

Situation géographique idéale, accueil chaleureux, soin extrême apporté aux décors extérieurs et intérieurs, piscine, petits déjeuners d'une luxueuse simplicité, conseils (adresses), detox sonore...

Pas d'eau fraîche dans les chambres (revers de la médaille detox sonore), petits déjeuners très "cadrés" (timing)

Das Hotel ist abgelegen und doch gut erreichbar und nicht weit weg von sehenswerten Städtchen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und das Morgenessen ist ein Highlight.
