"Clean, renovated family friendly flat in quiet neighborhood"

Property was recently renovated and it shows very well. Each room had its own bathroom. Quiet family neighborhood with good access to footpath that leads to the Cathedral and Old Town. Parking on driveway in front of unit.

Can't think of anything. Rooms may have been a little small but definitely not a deal breaker.

Simple to use key box. Really comfortable rooms and beds Lovely kitchen

Too many cupboards in the en suite double bathroom - the ones above the sink just get in the way and make the space feel very claustrophobic.

"Excellent property, well positioned, plenty of room and facilities."

It was very convenient for the City Centre by public transport, it was absolutely pristine inside and in a very quiet neighbourhood.

Nothing really, except the bad design by the builders of installing bathroom cabinets that extended completely over the washbasins.

"A highly recommended spot for up to six in Durham."

House was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Location was great. A lovely leafy walking path to the centre of town. Three showers and toilets.

"Fabulous property in an excellent location."

Excellent and very responsive communication from our host throughout. The house was even nicer than the photos ..... spotlessly clean, spacious, very comfortable and really well-equipped. The location was perfect - being very quiet but within a 20 minute pleasant walk to the city centre. We would stay again without hesitation.

There was nothing that could have improved our stay.
