Great location on the lock, next door to an excellent pub The Swan & Salmon. Very comfortable bed, and very nicely presented rooms.

Probably my reservations about technology and inexperience with key safes, but getting access was challenging. However, the email the day before gave excellent directions to the property, and help was at hand on the end of the phone,

Beautiful location on the river. Very comfortable and clean. Good fan provided which was needed as room and weather very hot (heatwave)

Clean well equipped room with a great double shower.

Out of the way ; fiddly parking using QR. Front of the place looked run down not like it does on booking. Com.

Fantastic location, view of the river and pub/restaurant right next door. Beautiful park just across the lock. On site parking, just remember to scan the QR code if you drive out for the day. Comfy bed, good selection of teas and coffee.

Lighting was a little bright, probably needs lower wattage bulbs in lamps but that's just me being picky. Bathroom ceiling slopes, partner banged his head every time!

Very small plain room, struggled to even open suitcase. Definitely not value for money.
