"Uncomfortable the whole time"

Where do I even begin. I was not expecting to share the space with the caretaker as well. I understand that the space is communal but she made me and my family feel uncomfortable the whole time we were there( could've been nice if the description clearly stated that we would be sharing the space/ house with other people). We ended up not even having the breakfast that comes with. The WiFi connection was terrible, some of the pots were dirty if I could attach a picture I would.
