Please train your staff properly and sort out the issue of water and electricity cause that’s the main things we need

The lady was very friendly and was always available whenever we need her,our room was very clean, bathroom was also clean,we had Aircon,our break fast was well prepared,we were welcomed warmly

The chores are too much for one person because she is doing everything by herself cooking, cleaning, making sure that we are attended to, the owner should increase staff because it's too much for one person and our car was on the sun the whole time but security was 100%. Another during the load shedding there was no backup we were sitting in the dark for almost 3 hours and it was frustrating

The fact that they didn't let me check in becouse I was abit late due to tire puncture

the breakfast was poorly prepared probably because of lack of basic skills in cooking. locked out of our room on first and second day. Day of check out there was no water to bath and there was no prior warning, no apology or an explanation for lack of water. no toilet roll or towels provided.

at least notify your visitors about any challenges and apologize. make alternative arrangements. do not just keep quiet and expect visitors to do anything.
