Asuka-san was most helpful & friendly. Their apples & apple juice are so sweet & fresh! We were timely for the dried persimmons - they were so good!

Host is very nice and kindly support whatever we want. Room is super cute and clean with big projector screen for movie night. Location is a bit out of city center but require only short drive 3-4 mins to restaurant and big supermarket and 10 mins to city center. In in all, worth choice for staying in Matsumoto. Recommended !!!

Washing machine located out of the room with no dryer function which is a bit inconvenience for winter. Breakfast is not included. Required short drive to restaurant but restaurant which opens in the morning is quit a few. Most of our breakfast end up with Sukiya.

This was such a beautiful wonderful place! The lil house was soo cute and really comfortable! The wood inside was pretty and it smelled good. A good sized bathroom and a workable kitchen! The beds were really comfortable and upstairs the projector room was super neat! There was a tiny open closet type thing that our 2 year old loved! It was filled with toys! He loved this space. The whole place was expertly decorated and really cute while being functional and fun. There were fresh flowers and the most delicious fresh apple juice from the farm we got to enjoy! The lady who ran the place was so nice! She was extremely helpful and friendly. We got to tour the apple orchard and pick some apples which were delicious and huge! It was a nice walk in the area. My son loves apples so much and he had never seen them on trees so he really loved it. She helped us call a cab a few times which was great as it was a lil far to walk. The taxi was inexpensive and close so it was convenient to use. There was a lot of great information provided us and we were made to feel very welcome. It was a really special stay. Absolutely would come back!

Tall people beware it’s a bit low ceiling at points. And the stairs are open so our lil one has to be watched closely. But as tall people we often hit our heads in many places in Japan so not a deal breaker. And as parents we are used to watching closely. Just something to be aware of.

The host was wonderful, all was very clean , the upstairs room is equipped with home theater screen and sound and it was great. We recommend on this place.

It’s difficult to get there without a car

It was a highlight of our trip. The wooden house is extremely charming and cozy, and super clean. It was a good size for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the recreation area upstairs with the projector. Apple juice from their farm was very delicious! Our host, Asuka-san, was very kind and friendly. She kindly showed us around the farm and let us taste the delicious apples straight from the tree. Wish we could stay longer!

The staff was amzing - She took us to a apple picking tour and gave us apples. The room is sparkling clean and big with 4 twin beds and a living room. We had a great time there.
