Good location in the heart of Nuwara eliya (very short walk to the town centre). Good parking facility, working hot water, comfortable beds, and kitchen facilities. Most importantly, caretaker Lahiru has been wonderful, ensuring we had a good stay.

Well equipped little studio. Responsible management. Price is reasonable comparing to other offers in town.

There is no heating in this town, despite the low nighttime temperatures. Therefore, condensation accumulates on the window and drips onto the laminate floor. The floor gets wet and rots. When I entered the room, I thought it smelled like some kind of cleaning deterrent. But no, it was the rotten floor. I spent 2 days trying to dry it with a heater, which the hosts provide for a fee. Removed a completely rotten threshold. But it was not enough, the odor was still very unpleasant. It is sad that the apartment is provided in that condition and no one fixes the problem.

Good calue for a Studio apartment.

Small and not enough space to roam around. The basic room balcony is very uncomfortable because all the building guest can watch us if we stay outside in the balcony and no view at all in the balcony, just the view of other people’s balcony.

An apartment in the Ashley Hills residences. Place was very quiet and convenient. There were kitchen utensils, equipments and other necessary amenities. If you want to make your own food during your stay this is an ideal place. Beds were clean, comfortable and cosy. Provided heaters for small fee. Hot water facility available. Good restaurant at the ground floor with delicious Indian and chinese food varieties. Resturant bills can be paid by credit card. Ample space to park your vehicle. Not too far from the town. But not within walking distance.

Garbage disposal was not properly communicated. Dustbin didn't have a lid and no extra garbage bags were available. No front desk or reception office. Have to give a call to the housekeeping manager for any inquiries. Cannot pay apartment fee by credit card. No scenic view from the room but in nuwara eliya you can always go outside for the picturesque sceneries.
