The place was clean and just as advertised. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. It's not very close to the town, but not far either. Supermarkets were easy to get to. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

A decent apartment within a larger block. Location was good, not to far from Nuwara Eliya centre. Sits above a restaurant which seemed to have a good menu. Hosts were very flexible, I requested to change my departure date and they were fine with the change. Apartment had all amenities needed for a stay and was a 10 minute walk from a large supermarket. Check-in was ok, collected the keys from a general manager who took us up, showed us the apartment and took payment.

The apartment was a little on the small side, and if travelling with more than 2 bags, space became a little limited. Took us a little while to check-in as the reception in the area was spotty and could not connect through to the general manager. For those who don't have local calling on their phones, it might be a little difficult. Shower pressure was also low but manageable. Walls and doors are quite thin with gaps, so you can hear pretty much everything that is going on outside the door (basically no soundproofing). Restaurant below also blaring music quite loud, can be heard into the night.
